Leadership Guidance
Lead From
Behind
Did you know that the best leaders are usually aware that they don’t have it all figured out? Transitioning into a new leadership role in healthcare can be daunting. We go from healing sick and distressed patients to dealing with disengaged co-workers, listening at times to top-down administrative leaders, and putting forward our best efforts to manage colleagues.
Such a drastic change typically unearths difficult issues that we have never faced in our medical career. As you can imagine, Dr. Stadnyk has struggled with them as well. His real-world experience stems from leadership roles at multiple levels, both inpatient and outpatient. He has weathered those difficult situations and learned from his own mistakes along the way.
Sheldon’s passion is to share those lessons from his experience with you through his physician coaching services. Shouldn’t it be possible for us to learn from someone else’s mistakes? Begin your new leadership role with confidence through his guidance for healthcare professionals. We work together to uncover solutions to your every challenge as a leader.
Meet Dr. KJ
Dr. KJ was failing in his executive leadership role but didn’t know why. He sought feedback from his boss, his fellow leaders, even some of his direct reports to help him understand what wasn’t working. But his leadership continued to struggle and finally he gave up.
He began healthcare coaching with Dr. Stadnyk. Soon, he began to shift all of his energy and focus to just those things he could influence. Since then he has skyrocketed. He landed an executive role as the CEO of a physician group before then accepting a Vice President role in an even larger company. Today, Dr. KJ continues his regular coaching sessions with Dr. Stadnyk.
